  1. Tannenbaum and Schmidt

They proposed this in Situation theory of Leadership. by Robert Tannenbaum and Warren H. Schmidt. According to them, there is no best style of leadership. Leader chooses one amongst seven leader behaviours depending upon three important factors. (1.The Leader 2.The Follower and 3.The Situation).
