Answer is B

Wind and Solar energy, Hydro Power are renewable sources of energy.

So, total % of renewable resources = 20 + 7 = 27%

So, contribution of renewable energy sources in absolute terms in the electricity generation = 27/100 * 97 = 26.19 GW
