The following calculations worked for Khammam District 

In Electricity area, the percentage increase of investment in $1996$ that of $1995$ is = $\dfrac{(2365.1-2065.8)}{2065.8}\% =\dfrac{299.3}{2065.8}\% = 14.48\% $

In Chemical area, the percentage increase of investment in $1996$ that of $1995$ is = $\dfrac{(986.4-745.5)}{745.5}\% =\dfrac{240.9}{745.5}\% = 32.31\% $

In Solar area, the percentage increase of investment in $1996$ that of $1995$ is = $\dfrac{(1792.1-1363.5)}{1363.5}\% =\dfrac{428.6}{1363.5}\% =31.43\%  $

In Nuclear area, the percentage increase of investment in $1996$ that of $1995$ is = $\dfrac{(2182.1-1674.3)}{1674.3}\% =\dfrac{507.8}{1674.3}\% = 30.32\% $

∴ Electricity area in $1996$ showed the least percent increase over the investment in that area in $1995$.
