Availability of Tea = Production − Export

Per Capita Availability = $\frac{Production - export}{Total Population}$

Total Population=$\frac{Production - export}{Per Capita Availability}$

Population in 1995=$\frac{421 - 207}{487}$=0.44

Population in 1995=$\frac{561 - 189}{464}$=0.8

Population in 1995=$\frac{587 - 209}{510}$=0.74

Population in 1995=$\frac{660 - 220}{556}$=0.79
