Any non-zero real numbers $\mathrm{x}$, $\mathrm{y}$ such that $y \neq 3$ and $\frac{x}{y}<\frac{x+3}{y-3}$, will satisfy the condition

  1. $\frac{x}{y}<\frac{y}{x}$
  2. If $y>10$, then $-x>y$
  3. If $x<0$, then $-x<y$
  4. If $y<0$, then $-x<y$
